REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At KALI-FX, we sell digital products including expert advisors, trading systems, indicators, and software. Due to the nature of digital goods, our refund and cancellation policy is outlined below.
All Sales Are Final
All purchases of digital products on this website are final. Once a payment has been completed and the product has been delivered (download link provided or license key generated), no refunds will be issued.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:
- You have reviewed the product description before purchasing
- You understand that digital products cannot be "returned" once delivered
- You are eligible to receive a download link or license key as described on the product page
Exceptions
A refund may be considered only in the following circumstances:
- The purchased product was not delivered (no download link or license key provided) and our support team was unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours
- The product received is materially different from its description on the website
To request a refund under these circumstances, you must contact us within 7 days of your purchase via Telegram with your order confirmation details.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to restrict your access to our products and services and may report the dispute as fraudulent to the relevant payment processor.
Cancellation of Pending Payments
If you have initiated a payment but have not yet completed the transaction, you may cancel by simply not completing the checkout process. No charges will be applied for incomplete transactions.
If you have completed payment but wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via Telegram. Cancellation requests for already-delivered products will be treated as refund requests and are subject to the policy above.
Free Products
All free products, including trading systems, indicators, expert advisors, and educational content, are provided as-is with no warranty and are not eligible for any form of refund or compensation.
ChartScope License
ChartScope license keys are generated and tied to your machine ID. Once a license key has been issued, it is non-refundable. If you experience technical issues with ChartScope, please contact us for troubleshooting support before requesting a refund.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Purchases made before any changes are subject to the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
